" To the warm soul"

Dear warm soul,
The world demands exhilaration
To the solemn task
Knowing the smile
Could seeringly accomplish
The unraveled dreams
Had it not for the happiness
The exhaltaion would have
Jumped to the conclusion
And achieved an ectasy of miracles
But the cool outward appearence
Fools  the world
Hiding insecurity
Coping with akwardness.

 Dear warm soul,
You have the ability
To make anyone feel cared
Yes, you have that courage
The strength to draw smile in grumpy faces
Please donot hide behind
The standoffish attitude
Rejection is not the presentation of your soul
Your warm approach
Has a determination to melt the cold facade
Bless the warmth
Bless the soul
You have that courage
To form a happy world.

Graphite

Graphite in your memory book fades; the writing pokes and strikes you down  With memories that you left as blades The actual time is a good conductor  Graphite approves and bleeds  Without the remorse of painful tragedies and shortened sleeps The soul, still hungry to feel something real and natural Craving for abyss when it is already engraved into your soul And yet, you seek chicken soup for your eyes Painted by truthful lies or lies full of truth  Life has just blinked at your soul and you reached Nirvana(moksha) Life is yet to be and you have lived  All of it in those few strokes of Graphite

The act itself can be intentional or unintentional but there are strict laws in play if the act is committed. There are many cases in the world today that are connected with the act of plagiarism especially in the music industry where the source of inspiration for chord progressions or beats can easily lead to this act. Some of them can be connected with Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines”, Ed Sheeran’s Photograph” and Justin Bieber’s “Sorry”. Particularly, Robin Thicke’s song featuring Pharrell Williams and T.I. was sued by the Gaye’s state lawyers for allegedly stealing the entire music from Marvin Gaye’s “Got to give it up”. The ruling favored the Ga...
